HANSATON has been my key sponsor since 2006 when I started racing at the elite level beginning with the 06 NZ National MTB Series and the World Deaf Cycling Championships in San Francisco. Without them, it would have been alot more difficult to realize my dream of being a semi-pro cyclist racing in different countries all over the world!

Hansaton Hearing Systems produce some of the most advanced hearing aids on the planet and at a competitive price. Their success lies in the fact they put people in front of manufacturing. They understand what concerns people with hearing problems and what they require. If you are needing to find out more information, please check out their site.

Nutritionals you can TrustUSANA Health Sciences has been another key sponsor since the beginning of 2009. I was a guest speaker at the 2009 No Limits Convention at Salt Lake City, Utah in front of 6000 delegates as part of the Athlete segment. I often update on their social media website – Whats Up Usana and you can check out my profile on the Corporate USANA website. Other top cyclists include Jelly Belly’s Jeremy Powers from the USA and Olympian cyclist Gina Brain from Canada. Three-time X-Terra World Champion, Melanie McQuaid also uses and trusts Usana. You will notice that alot of world class athletes use Usana supplements and the fact USANA offers athletes a $1 Million dollar Athlete Guarantee is good enough for most athletes! This means that should you test positive because of USANA supplements, USANA will pay out $1 Million dollars.  I also run a USANA home-based business, with my wife Jennifer, which provides a useful residual income.

Wilderness Trail Bikes is my newest sponsor and you will see me wearing some of their kit at mountain bike races.  I am also the WTB Asia-Pacific correspondent and will be working closely with WTB with important stories and new product information. WTB is one of the original MTB companies from the 1980s and are one of the remaining few that are thriving today. They are predominately a mountain biking brand and they make some awesome products and they are also the first company to come out with the 29er tire and now they boast six different 29er tire versions to go with their new TCS technology wheel-sets.

First Components, from Taiwan,  is one of my newer sponsors that came onboard with me in 2010. They primarily manufacture OEM bicycle parts such as head-sets, bottom-brackets and cranks. They are just starting to develop their First Components brand. I am presently testing their RT Cranks and ceramic bottom brackets. A review will be published after a couple months usage. You can view the article I wrote about First Components on Bike Radar.

I have been riding Selle SMP saddles since the beginning of 2009 and absolutely love these saddles. You can read my review of the saddle here. I presently ride with the Composite on my Velocite Magnus road bike and also enjoy the full-carbon SMP saddle on my other road bike.

Smith Optics have been my choice of cycling and casual eye-wear since 2005. Smith has been one of my original sponsors and have provided me with awesome eye-wear for every situation. They are not only stylish/functional but also priced very competitively. My favorite pair is the V-Ti Titanium model. I am also liking the new extremely lightweight Pivlock 90’s.
